Many employees do not receive an annual benefits report card or benefits summary.  The purpose of a report card or a summary is to show the employee all of the benefits being offered and how they affect the employee.  The summary also shows the value of the total benefits to the employee and the actual cost of the benefits to the company.  This is very important because an employee can't fully appreciate the total benefits package until there is a total dollar figure to visualize.  This annual summary is important for employee motivation and employee retention.

We help the employer review the total benefits package to ensure that it meets the employer's objectives while satisfying the needs of the employees.  We review the total benefits package through one lens.  We review each component of the plan by itself and we also review the components taken as a whole.  This shows us how each part of the package stands on its own and how it helps the overall benefits portfolio to achieve the desired effect. 

 

We may quote health insurance for a company but we do more than just produce a monthly premium quote.  We review the existing coverage and analyze how it is performing in relation to the expectations and the goals.  Sometimes it's possible to eliminate a specific coverage item because the employer does not have a need for it.  Sometimes the employer might be able to self-fund a specific health plan benefit while enjoying a reduction in premium.  No two groups are alike and that's why we're here to help you make the right choices.
